Heat sensitivity is common issue caused by disease or immobility including multiple sclerosis, diabetes, kidney disease, reduced mobility, inflammation and climate. With its ability to heat to 43 degrees Celsius, the HydroSense is safer than traditional electric blankets. The HydroSense is also suitable for those who sleep hot, through using Active Cooling Technology to reticulate water through a mattress pad as low as 10 degrees Celsius. The thermostat has 80 Watt power consumption — less than a lightbulb!
